As a Professional Inspirator, Entrepreneur, and Speaker, Danelia is the Founder and CEO of Project Z, an event marketing, and branding agency in Houston, TX. Past experience range from working with top leading software companies, Advent Software, and Microsoft Corporation, to 7 years dedicated to servicing very worthy non-profit organizations focused on the welfare of women and children. She’s been trained as a Court Appointed Special Advocate to assist abuse and neglected children, and as a Pregnancy Peer Counselor to assist women facing crisis pregnancies.
In her spare time, she utilizes her comprehensive development and fundraising skills to assist local non-profit organizations to increase awareness and generate funds. Positions included past board member and External/Internal Communication Director for IABC Houston (International Association for Business Communicators), past board member and Marketing Director for T.W Davis YMCA, and founding member and Event Chair for the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance Young Professional group and Development and Marketing Director for Ovarcome Cancer Organization in Houston. She currently serves as one of the members and on the board of the Houston Latina Bloggers, as a Business Strategist.
